How can I see the course?
The course is uploaded to YouTube so you can watch it from your cell phone or computer as many times as you want. As soon as you send me your proof of payment by email or direct message on Instagram, I will send you access to the course, the downloadable guides and the sewing pattern for the lingerie set to complete your final project.
Do I need to have previous experience?
Yes. To really enjoy this sewing process, I recommend having a basic notion of machine sewing, since we use specific sewing terms and concepts. Ideally, you should already be familiar with your machine, although you don't need to be an expert. I guide you step by step through each stage and explain each action with words and video so that you can finish your lingerie set.
If you are starting from scratch, I recommend taking the Basic Sewing course first.
What do I need to complete the course project?
They are all explained in detail throughout the course, broadly speaking they are:
​- Home sewing machine (with straight stitch and regular zig zag, if you have more stitches like 3-step zig zag or decorative it also works).
- Thread, needles, pins, seam ripper, tape measure.
- Printed Pattern (digital download included in the course).
- Fabric scissors and paper scissors.
- Drawing tools such as rulers, pencil, eraser, bond paper and translucent paper.
For the final project
- Fabric with 4-way stretch (can be lace, mesh, lycra, among others)
-Mesh
- Stretch Jersey fabric
- Decorative elastics, straps and ratings 0 and 8
